Work in a fast-paced Call Center environment with earning potential of $80,000 within your first year! Seeking telephone call center agents with a commitment to not only beating sales goals, but also providing an excellent customer experience. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ Years Sales or call center experience required
  • 1+ Years Experience in a sales and client-facing role required
  • A great oral & written communicator
  • Detail oriented
  • An efficient and productive multi-tasker
  • Able to problem solve in a high-pressure environment
  • Adapts to new situations, changes, and shifts strategies to meet different types of challenges
  • Customer-centered while striving to meet financial goals and expectations on our KPIs
  • A team-oriented player with a commitment to excellence
  • An articulate, professional thinker, with the ability to make good and quick decisions on customer matters
  • Skilled in initiating, structuring, and carrying out steps to complete projects and tasks
  • Comfortable with both common and new technologies
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
  • We require proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ Years Experience in achieving/exceeding sales goals preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound customer phone calls and making outbound calls, emails, and texts
  • Using low-pressure consultative sales strategies to address customer needs
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure all problems were properly resolved
  • Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts
  • Completes all required training modules and certifications prior to due date.
  • Follows all Company policies and executes Company standards on appearance as well as appropriate brand representation
  • Close sales and achieve quotas.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Executes company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
  • Contributes ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company
