This role is responsible for facilitating engaging training programs across multiple delivery formats, including virtual instructor-led training (vILT), in-person sessions, and blended learning experiences to support a geographically dispersed sales force. The trainer will demonstrate a strong understanding of product offerings, target markets, enrollment processes, and service models. They will deliver training on sales processes, product offerings, enrollment capabilities, and sales strategies to improve field performance and effectiveness. The role involves partnering with sales leadership and training teams to identify learning needs, align training objectives with business priorities, and support the execution of national training strategies. The trainer will apply adult learning principles and facilitation best practices to ensure effective knowledge transfer and learner engagement. They will also support the design, enhancement, and continuous improvement of training programs, materials, and delivery methods based on feedback and performance insights. Building strong relationships to identify skill gaps, reinforce learning, and promote adoption of training initiatives is key. The trainer will provide coaching and guidance to field associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and enrollment strategies, and support the execution of certification programs and training initiatives, ensuring alignment with national standards and business goals. Monitoring participant engagement, training effectiveness, and feedback to recommend improvements and enhance learning outcomes, as well as managing training logistics (scheduling, communications, enrollment, reporting) are also core responsibilities. The trainer will serve as a point of contact for training-related inquiries and support communication between field teams and training leadership. This role requires travel of less than or equal to 75%.
