The position focuses on building client relationships within the labor union benefit sector, requiring consistent and thoughtful engagement to foster meaningful partnerships. The role involves implementing a structured sales process targeting labor union benefit offices, cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers, and developing referral channels. The representative will also act as a brand ambassador at industry events and maintain meticulous CRM records. Success is measured by the number of sales conversations, new clients acquired, MRR generated, accuracy of proposals, and the cultivation of referral partners.
