This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will directly shape revenue growth and customer success. Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, industrial automation, or OT environments
  • Familiarity with Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, and OT security challenges
  • Experience managing complex or enterprise-level sales cycles
  • Ability to confidently communicate technical concepts to both IT and operational audiences
  • Strong organization, follow-up, and time management skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce and/or HubSpot)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to travel occasionally (up to 25%)

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the full sales cycle for OT cybersecurity solutions, helping industrial, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure clients strengthen and secure their operational environments.
  • Generating and closing new revenue opportunities across Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
  • Conducting product demonstrations, workshops, and consultative technical presentations
  • Translating complex OT, SCADA, and ICS security needs into tailored, practical solutions
  • Building trusted relationships with C-suite leaders, IT teams, and plant/operations stakeholders
  • Developing strategic account plans and accurate sales forecasts
  • Managing pipeline activity in CRM tools (Salesforce and/or HubSpot)
  • Collaborating with internal leadership and channel partners to move opportunities forward
  • Representing Tosi at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
