The primary role of the National Sales Manager is to negotiate and contract room rates and meeting space for large group events. In this role, there will be a strong focus on securing future business opportunities within an assigned market, cultivating the current base of major accounts, increasing projected revenues, traveling to create awareness and promote group business (including sales trips, tradeshows and other industry functions) and ensuring a competitive position in anticipation of changing market and customer needs. The National Sales Manager will provide guidance and support to mentor team members as needed/directed by Department Head.
