FUCHS is a global leader in specialty lubricants with over 90 years of innovation, supporting industrial customers across automotive manufacturing, metalworking, food & beverage, aerospace, and more. We are seeking a senior Industrial & Specialty Segment Sales Leader to drive profitable growth across FUCHS Canada’s Industrial and Specialty Lubricants portfolio. This newly created role is central to our segment-based commercial transformation and offers national scope, high autonomy, and direct impact on business performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B technical sales experience in industrial lubricants, specialty chemicals, or related fields
  • Strong technical expertise in metalworking fluids, forming lubricants, industrial oils, or specialty greases
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience
  • Proven success in value-based selling and new business development
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to travel within Canada (primarily Ontario and Quebec) & internationally

  • Bilingual English/French is a strong asset

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the national commercial strategy for Industrial & Specialty segments
  • Own revenue, margin, and EBIT performance
  • Lead, coach, and develop a national technical sales team
  • Drive value-based selling in complex manufacturing environments
  • Support high-value technical applications and customer conversions
  • Partner closely with R&D, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Field Technical Services
  • Lead strategic pricing, pipeline discipline, and forecast accuracy
