The National Sales Leader – Home Improvement Financing is responsible for leading the sales organization, driving growth, and executing strategies that expand market share and strengthen client relationships. This leader will develop high-performing sales teams, leverage data and analytics to drive results, and lead the organization through change. The role requires strong home improvement sales experience and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with partners across credit, pricing, marketing, and operations to achieve business objectives.
