For more details, visit: Website or LinkedIn Page Experience Level: 10+ years of experience Work Location: Toronto or Montreal Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned, entrepreneurial sales leader to drive Quantiphi’s growth across the Canada markets. In this role with our GCP Business Unit, you will be responsible for building and executing the regional and national go-to-market strategy, developing a high-performing sales organization, and strengthening key partnerships—especially within the Google Cloud ecosystem. You will serve as the face of Quantiphi in the region, cultivating executive-level relationships with clients, channel partners, and industry stakeholders to accelerate our presence and unlock new revenue opportunities. This position requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in technology and cloud services, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of selling data, AI/ML, and digital transformation solutions. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, oversee pipeline development, drive operational excellence, and ensure strong collaboration across global teams. As a senior leader, you will shape Quantiphi’s brand in the market, champion innovation, and help scale our next phase of hyper-growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and or MBA in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ Years of overall experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in managing teams
  • 5+ years of technology or technology sales experience.
  • Good understanding of the technology/software business landscape
  • Experience selling Data Management, AI/ML, and/or Cloud Services/Solutions is a strong plus
  • Channel sales or business development experience
  • Good communication , abstraction , analytical and presentation skills
  • Strong team player and ability to collaborate with a cross functional team
  • Self-driven and strong aptitude to work in an entrepreneurial , fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and a passion for developing new value-added AI based solutions for clients across a variety of industries.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events — up to 50%.
  • Business fluency in French is a big plus

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with insurance-specific AI applications like predictive maintenance, network optimization, customer service automation, and fraud detection.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, GPT models) and cloud-based AI solutions (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • Awareness of AI governance, ethics, and data privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Create Quantiphi’s go-to-market strategy for the region (built in collaboration with Quantiphi technology practices, industry Business Units, and Marketing)
  • Build a team to effectively sell into the Canadian market.
  • Partner with GCP to effectively plan for growth across all industries in Canada
  • Build relationships with the local Google channel team.
  • Own the most strategic relationships (with support from the team) and empower team to own the rest
  • Build relationships with end clients and sign new MSAs.
  • Own the most strategic relationships (with support from the team) and empower team to own the rest
  • Build sales funnel via building relationships in the Google channel and with clients as well as executing outreach campaigns via marketing (e.g. webinars) and inside sales
  • Close deals, leading the sales process from Discovery to SOW signature and handoff to Delivery.
  • Own the most strategic deals (with support from the team) and empower team to own the rest
  • Be the face of Quantiphi in the market with Google, clients, conferences, media, analysts, etc.
  • Own the sales planning and forecast process and empower team to do the same for their portion of the book of business
  • Build new processes (and use existing ones from other regions) to efficiently run your business and upskill the team
