Arcadis is seeking a high-performing Account Leader to join our Mobility Global Business Area (GBA) team in Canada. In this pivotal role, you will own the client strategy and drive profitable growth by diversifying and expanding our client portfolio. As the primary relationship manager, you will develop and execute annual business plans, build and maintain C-suite level relationships, and create true partnerships with our clients—ensuring an active presence at all client events and engagements. This is a highly visible, client-facing role that requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and operational excellence. You will be empowered to manage client account profitability, drive organic growth, and maximize client margins by overseeing investments and pursuits. Your expertise in major projects operations and delivery will support Arcadis' reputation for delivering innovative, high-value solutions, while your focus on service diversification and thought leadership will help secure new opportunities and expand our share of wallet with key clients.
