About The Position
As a National Nurse Resident, you’ll step into a hands-on, supportive experience designed to help you grow and build confidence from day one. You won’t be on your own. Every day, you’ll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that sees each patient as an individual. You’ll administer treatments, track vitals, educate patients and families, and play a key role in making sure people feel seen, heard, and cared for. To succeed in this role, you’ll actively engage in our comprehensive, evidence-based Nurse Residency Program designed to support your growth and professional development. With a strong drive to learn and a team-first mindset, you’ll continue sharpening your skills while building a meaningful, fulfilling nursing career.
Requirements
- Associates Of Science Nursing and 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience
- Registered Nurse: AZ
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 120 Days

Responsibilities
- You’re in patient rooms, quickly rotating between immediate needs and check-ins to provide patient care while being monitored by your preceptor
- Open to learning more about the business and operational practices in our facility
- Develop patient advocate skills through observance and practice
- Build your nursing skills as you learn to put your education into practice with actual patients
