About The Position

As our National Nurse Resident, you’ll step into a hands-on, supportive experience designed to help you grow and build confidence from day one. You won’t be on your own. You can expect real mentorship, meaningful feedback, and a team invested in your long-term success. Every day, you’ll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that sees each patient as an individual. You’ll administer treatments, track vitals, educate patients and families, and play a key role in making sure people feel seen, heard, and cared for. To succeed in this role, you’ll actively engage in our comprehensive, evidence-based Nurse Residency Program designed to support your growth and professional development. With a strong drive to learn and a team-first mindset, you’ll continue sharpening your skills while building a meaningful, fulfilling nursing career.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
  • 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience
  • Active License as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the practicing state by the cohort start date 7/20/2026
  • BLS certification - American Heart Association

  • Must be able to complete entire program with a perfect attendance record
  • Must be able to work 3 days per week after completing first 12 weeks
  • Must be able to work and train on either night or day shifts including holidays
  • Must agree to terms and conditions of the program

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • American Heart Association ACLS

Responsibilities

  • Builds skills to utilize current evidence based practice knowledge, the nursing process, critical thinking and problem solving skills to provide holistic care to individuals across the lifespan and care continuum
