Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
  • 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience.
  • Active License as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the practicing state by the cohort start date 7/20/2026.
  • BLS certification - American Heart Association.

  • Unofficial Transcripts with GPA.
  • Must be able to complete entire program with a perfect attendance record.
  • Must be able to work 3 days per week after completing first 12 weeks.
  • Must be able to work and train on either night or day shifts including holidays.
  • Must agree to terms and conditions of the program.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
  • American Heart Association ACLS.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that sees each patient as an individual.
  • Administer treatments, track vitals, educate patients and families.
  • Play a key role in making sure people feel seen, heard, and cared for.
  • Actively engage in our comprehensive, evidence-based Nurse Residency Program designed to support your growth and professional development.
  • Utilize current evidence based practice knowledge, the nursing process, critical thinking and problem solving skills to provide holistic care to individuals across the lifespan and care continuum.
  • Collaborate and communicate with the interprofessional team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
  • Develop accountability for own practice, delegated care, and the coordination of care delivery.
  • Behave in a manner that supports colleagues, and maintains respect, trust and dignity.
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge in nursing practice and assume responsibility for the professional development of self.
  • Have a basic understanding and knowledge of the current situation or issue at hand; ability to take full personal responsibility or ownership for assignments, activities, decisions and results.
