As our National Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, validating, and executing financial savings opportunities across all Vision Australia business units and operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management or supply chain leadership roles.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading procurement transformation, supplier negotiations and complex sourcing initiatives.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, health, disability services, not-for-profit or multi-site service organisations highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify Savings Opportunities: Analyse all areas of Vision Australia to uncover potential financial savings via direct and indirect procurement.
• Lead strategic sourcing activities across all categories of expenditure including retail merchandise, indirect procurement and corporate services.
• Validate Savings: Ensure that identified savings opportunities are realistic and achievable through thorough analysis and validation.
• Project Execution: Oversee the implementation of savings projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
