Requirements

Expertise in US national parks, including geography, wildlife, and landmarks.
Knowledge of park regulations, conditions, and conservation efforts.
Ability to design custom itineraries highlighting unique park features.
Skill in recommending lodging options.
Capability to coordinate various outdoor activities.
Proficiency in arranging transportation and advising on travel routes.
Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Consult with travelers to learn their interests and abilities. Tailor experiences and suggest destinations, activities, and accommodations to their needs.
Act as a resource on US national parks, including geography, wildlife, and landmarks. Stay updated on regulations, conditions, and conservation efforts.
Design custom itineraries that highlight each park’s unique features. Include hikes, scenic drives, ranger programs, wildlife viewing, and cultural sites.
Recommend lodging near national parks. Suggest campgrounds, lodges, cabins, or hotels based on comfort and location.
Coordinate activities for travelers, such as guided hikes, birdwatching, photography workshops, kayaking, and stargazing.
Arrange transportation, including rental cars, shuttles, or tours. Advise on driving routes, parking, and public transit.
Provide excellent customer service. Handle questions, resolve issues, and meet special requests to ensure a memorable experience.
