Develops and executes medium- to long-term sales strategies for a defined portfolio of existing clients across multiple lines of business. Builds and maintains strong customer relationships by identifying opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and repeat business while driving revenue growth and client retention. Collaborates with customers to assess business needs and deliver tailored products, services, and solutions that enhance customer value and satisfaction. Responsible for managing strategic account interactions, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a high level of service excellence. Prepares and delivers compelling sales presentations, proposals, bids, and product demonstrations to support business development initiatives. Monitors customer retention metrics, market trends, and emerging business opportunities to develop strategies that protect, grow, and diversify assigned accounts. Engages directly with end customers and/or indirectly through channel partners to expand market presence and cultivate long-term partnerships. Proactively identifies and pursues prospective clients to generate new business opportunities and strengthen repeat business. Success in this role is measured through achievement of sales targets, customer growth, and overall business performance.
