About The Position

As a Match Retail National Field Manager, you are responsible for managing a dedicated sales team on a daily basis. You will be required to lead, train, coach, and motivate field sales staff to be the leading provider of exceptional sales and service. Achieving objectives in all key business indicators, sales performance, is a big part of this role.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing and motivating teams.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed business decisions.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to managing challenges.

  • Previous experience in the CPG, retail, or sales execution industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and excellence.
  • Drive sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction, using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on regional performance, providing strategic recommendations to the Director of Client Services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align goals and improve processes.
  • Identify growth opportunities, implement process improvements, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Adapt to changing market dynamics, using problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
  • Oversee program coordinators responsible for scheduling, logistics, and field compliance, ensuring seamless day-to-day program execution across locations.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing coverage, inventory coordination, and reporting cadence in partnership with the client.
