The National Groups, Meetings & Events Support Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting the hotel-based M&E and central groups team across Malmaison & Hotel du Vin (MHDV). This role offers remote support, particularly during periods of resource challenge, ensuring continuity of service, operational excellence, and revenue delivery. This role is key in driving occupancy and revenues, ensuring brand-standard handling of enquiries, contract negotiation, payment processes, and event coordination. As an experienced user of Opera Cloud OSEM, the postholder will uphold MHDV SOPs and champion best practice across the estate. Day-to-day duties will include responding to hotel and group RFPs/enquiries via email and third parties, sending proposals and contracts, collecting pre-payment, compiling function sheets, and entering rooming lists.
