As National Marketing Manager, Resort Lifestyle working for Taylor Morrison, you will be working with our Vice President of Performance and Field Marketing, CMO and President of Resort Lifestyle in the strategy, planning, direction and execution of all Resort Lifestyle and Esplanade consumer marketing activities. This position is responsible for the successful management of the company’s resort lifestyle marketing strategy related to consumer and retail outlet marketing and advertising initiatives across communication channels directed to various stakeholders. As a member of the MarComm team, you will be responsible for mentoring and directing a team of internal marketing professionals and working closely with the National Resort Lifestyle Team, and sales and marketing management, as well as various marketing vendors. The National Marketing Manager, Resort Lifestyle, will be an experienced marketer with 5+ years in a marketing role, have experience working with an operations team across multiple business disciplines including land development, sales, construction, and have both builder and hospitality leadership experience.
