About The Position

As the National Director of Corporate Marketing, you will assume leadership of the team tasked with cultivating the Maronda Homes brand and effectively conveying its narrative. This pivotal role entails spearheading a robust communications program encompassing website development, content development, messaging strategies, social media engagement, and traditional marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and proactive senior member with a proven history of shaping and guiding brand strategies, programs, and teams to success. Candidate must possess extensive expertise in brand development, creative direction, digital marketing, social media campaign management, and traditional marketing methodologies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate marketing in homebuilding or business-related field
  • 4 Year Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Business Related Field/ Master Degree Preferred
  • Technical background or good understanding of developer products
  • Proven track record developing and executing successful corporate communications, content, and brand campaigns.
  • Skilled and proven experience bringing new campaigns and ideas to life.
  • Experience leading the development of exciting and effective awareness and brand marketing campaigns that influence.
  • Track record of evolving a brand's position to a new market category that aligns it with current market and customer priorities.
  • History successfully utilizing events as a key platform for growth in the awareness and demand generation.
  • Proven track record in building, getting buy-in and executing marketing plans, and staying focused on "getting it done"
  • Able to coordinate across many teams and perform in a fast-moving environment. Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Uses data to measure results and inform decision making and strategy development.
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords
  • Customer-oriented approach with aptitude

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Operations/Sales/Marketing leadership team to contribute to defining the strategic objectives for marketing and build strong working relationships to deliver as a team.
  • Define and execute corporate marketing and brand strategy, resulting in consistent branding, messaging, and positioning.
  • Cultivating new relationships attracts new contributors and engages in growing our community.
  • Manage corporate communications, including executive communications, messaging development, and PR.
  • Lead our brand-building efforts.
  • Manage, build, and lead a strong team, coaching and developing team members.
  • Monitor progress and submit performance reports
  • Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design, and organizing the company’s publications
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing strategies
  • Control budgets and allocate resources efficiently among projects
  • Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients and build strategic partnerships
