About The Position

National Field Sales Representative – Delivery Program Help Grow a Fast-Growing Delivery Network Across the Country We're seeking a driven National Field Sales Representative to recruit and onboard small business partners for an innovative delivery program. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role for someone who thrives on building relationships, prospecting in the field, and exceeding goals.

Requirements

3+ years of field sales, outside sales, business development, or account management experience.
Proven success generating leads, managing pipelines, and closing opportunities.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and networking skills.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Comfortable with cold calling, door-to-door prospecting, and frequent travel.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with small business clients.
Background in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
Event marketing or community engagement experience.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Travel to markets nationwide (up to 75%) to represent and grow the program.
Prospect and engage small business owners through in-person outreach, networking, referrals, and community events.
Educate prospective partners on the program and guide them through onboarding.
Build and manage a strong pipeline using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
Partner with internal teams to develop market-specific growth strategies.
Track activity, manage leads, and consistently exceed recruitment and sales targets.
