The National Field Sales Manager is responsible for driving field execution, team performance, and revenue growth across multiple markets nationwide. Reporting to the SVP of Sales, you will lead and develop Field Sales Representatives and Team Leads while ensuring consistent execution of Vivazen's sales strategy in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to get results through people. You will spend significant time in market conducting ride-alongs, coaching reps, auditing retail execution, reviewing KPI performance, supporting market launches, and helping teams overcome obstacles that impact growth. You are equally comfortable coaching a rep through an objection, reviewing CRM dashboards, analyzing territory performance, or identifying opportunities to increase distribution, reorder velocity, and market penetration. Success in this role comes from disciplined execution, accountability, and consistent field leadership.
