About The Position

Superior Glove is seeking a National End-User Account Manager to build trusted relationships with Health & Safety, Operations, and executive leaders while developing national programs that improve hand safety and drive sustainable growth. This role is responsible for developing and growing strategic relationships with Canada’s largest industrial end users in the Mining, Oil & Gas, Metal Fabrication, and Rail sectors. The position leads complex commercial projects, coordinates cross-functional resources, and helps customers realize measurable value through hand safety improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Industrial Safety, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and progressive B2B industrial or PPE sales experience.
  • Minimum of three years of B2B business development experience leading large-scale customer projects within industrial products, PPE, safety equipment, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success working directly with large, multi-site industrial end users and independently prospecting, qualifying, developing, negotiating, and closing complex commercial opportunities.
  • Strong project management, analytical, reporting, negotiation, presentation, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and communicate ROI and program outcomes to senior decision-makers.
  • Working knowledge of PPE, industrial safety, or industrial manufacturing markets; proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM; and the ability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Valid passport and driver’s licence with a satisfactory driving record; must be willing and able to travel up to 60%.

Nice To Haves

  • three to five years managing national or strategic industrial accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create, expand, and scale strategic end-user programs across multi-site industrial organizations, leading the full business development cycle from opportunity identification and qualification through solution development, negotiation, implementation, and revenue growth.
  • Build executive-level relationships with site and corporate Safety, Operations, Plant, and Executive leadership; conduct site reviews and business reviews; develop three-year strategic account plans; and use customer injury, glove usage, and operational data to identify opportunities for measurable safety and financial improvement.
  • Develop deep expertise in the Mining, Oil & Gas, Metal Fabrication, and Rail sectors; lead customer trials, evaluations, and educational support; collaborate with Territory Managers and distributor partners while remaining distributor-neutral; represent Superior Glove at industry events; maintain accurate Salesforce records; perform other duties as assigned; and travel up to 60%.
