Job Summary Working as a Regulatory Compliance Director, you ensure alignment to and documentation of all deemed status accreditors and local authorities having jurisdiction related to facilities management. You will also ensure the Crothall Programs are implemented and utilized for all accounts within the United States.

Requirements

  • Must possess knowledge of Facilities Management Operational Policy and Procedures.
  • Must possess knowledge of Plant Operations functionality.
  • Must possess previous healthcare compliance knowledge.
  • Must have the experience and ability to work with senior level leadership while exhibiting a high level of confidence.
  • Business skills to deal effectively with all personnel and clients.
  • Leadership ability, validated with experience.
  • Ability to prioritize, coordinate and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to reliably present information and respond to questions from accreditors, employees, clients and customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Implements system plan to ensure the sites(s) compliance.
  • Ensures staff understand and implement FM Program requirements.
  • Ensures consistent and accurate Team Doc & Team Ops documentation of FM work activities.
  • Establishes system-wide QA Matrix to include specific and meaningful metric measures and reporting frequencies.
  • Proactively monitors and reports critical metrics prior to becoming non-compliant issues.
  • Routinely validates audit data integrity and important metric measurements.
  • Develops, monitors, and reports performance improvement action plans as warranted.
  • Randomly collects, reviews, and analyzes data in reference to EOC reports on account on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Randomly checks work-order documentation on a weekly/monthly basis via reporting.
  • Applies knowledge of and experience with all relevant regulatory agencies and standards to develop and ensure that the FM Program constantly remains in compliance with Joint Commission, CAP, DNV, ACHC, CIHQ, NFPA and other applicable agency requirements.
  • Provides system-wide regulatory support as requested.
  • Performs pre-survey gap analysis at facilities.
  • Leads and/or supports vendors and contractors involved in regulatory and compliance related systems and processes. Life Safety, Medical Gases, Utilities, Remediation.
  • Works closely with Safety Department regarding training, reporting of events, and response to actual events and near misses.
