We are on a disciplined path to becoming a $1 billion organization, and we are building the leadership infrastructure necessary to support that growth. This is not a traditional sales director role. As Optiline continues to expand across the East Coast, we are investing in the systems, leadership, and business development capabilities required to support the next phase of our growth. The National Director of Business Development will build the systems, lead the team, and own the enterprise business development strategy that transforms relationships into a scalable, repeatable growth engine while preserving the culture and reputation that have fueled our success. This individual will play a critical role in building the commercial growth platform that supports Optiline's long-term vision and future revenue organization.
