About The Position

As the leader of Hologic Capital, you will be a foundational commercial leader responsible for establishing and scaling the Financial Solutions Program for Hologic. You’ll act as the primary Leader of Function, responsible and accountable for programmatic development and implementation. You will develop and launch creative financial solutions models which meet the needs of internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance) and external customers. As the Leader of Function, you will be accountable for scoping, planning, resourcing, and supervising all related internal functions to ensure programmatic success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of sales or medtech experience (preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years of medical device and equipment finance experience
  • Sales leadership experience in MedTech required
  • Lender/vendor program experience in capital equipment finance and healthcare preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by influence

Responsibilities

  • Create Hologic’s deal strategy and business methodology for evaluation and approval of deal modeling
  • Coordinate with lenders to create new acquisition programs, financial solutions, marketing material, and reporting processes/platforms
  • Launch Hologic Capital programs and processes to Sales Force. Expand access across the enterprise to drive sales growth and adoption
  • Educate, develop, coach, and train Hologic Sales Team on capital sales process, financial strategies, and solution selling
  • Develop and align strategies with Sales Training and Talent Enablement to create, develop, and accelerate sales competencies for programmatic success
  • Enhance existing capabilities of Strategic Pricing Team/Strategic Sales Team to include competencies required to successfully operationalize Hologic Capital programs
  • Create tools and resources to support the sales team in positioning our offerings credibly and compliantly
  • Actively Manage and develop reporting processes for executed Financial Solutions deals to ensure individualized deal-compliance is upheld and remediated when needed
  • Lead the sales initiative to close equipment finance deals and manage the deal pipeline in conjunction with Strategic Sales Team
  • Participate in high-value customer meetings as the commercial expert and leader of function
  • Consult with internal Business and Sales Leadership Teams to align functional goals and strategic initiatives to meet cross-functional needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to operationalize and accelerate financial solutions deals. Provide direction and leadership to Strategic Sales Team and Strategic Pricing Team to create organizational capability.
  • Develop communication plan and deal-monitoring process with Strategic Sales Team to ensure Sales Leadership are apprised of financial-solutions deals
  • Relationship manager and lender liaison to ensure program efficiencies, effectiveness, and execution
  • Translate business needs into scalable processes as the program grows and evolve
  • Build the long-term commercial roadmap for equipment finance for Hologic, advising bi-annually
  • Play a key role in determining future organizational needs and structure
  • Develop resource plan and headcount resourcing needs to scale a dedicated equipment finance sales team
  • Focus on growth, predictable business outcomes, consistent forecasting, and residual business returns
  • Build and manage C-Suite and key administrator relationships with our largest customers
  • Deliver customized and creative solutions to meet our customers future needs
  • Develop and communicate resource needs to build Hologic Capital Team as the programs gain scale
