USPI National Director, Clinical Operations - RN required, Hybrid based in Dallas, TX with up to 75% travel
About The Position
This position is responsible for the design, implementation, and monitoring of patient-centered care improvement. The National Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for providing clinical and quality support to assigned facilities including but not limited to regulatory changes, promotion of a culture of safety, assistance with survey preparation and follow-up, policy and procedure updates and other clinical operations initiatives. The Clinical Operator will act as a resource for development of action plans, process changes, clinical integration initiatives, and engagement opportunities. You will play a key role in leading the clinical diligence and integration of newly acquired centers.
