About The Position

Vision IT is seeking a passionate INFORMATION SECURITY ANALYST SENIOR/ACAS Engineer to support the Army's network vulnerabilities security assessment capability and related hardware and software per enterprise design and build guidance. This role involves assisting the Government in assessing client requirements and defining the proper design, configuration, integration testing, and implementation of the HP Tenable Nessus product within the LWN/Army DoDIN. ACAS is a suite of tools that provides real-time and continuous network monitoring of the DoDIN-A networks and systems, collecting and organizing data into usable reports to identify critical security issues. ACAS also offers packet-level monitoring using analytics. The current ACAS tool includes Nessus Network Monitor, Nessus Agent, Nessus Manager, Nessus Scanner, Tenable SC/Tenable IO. The engineer will integrate HP Tenable Nessus products with other network technologies to support an integrated solution within LWN/Army DoDIN. This is a full-time position located at Fort Huachuca, AZ.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent experience
• DoD 8570.1-M certification: IAT Level III Certification
• 5 - 8 years of experience in information technology field.
• Computing Environment Certification, RHCSA and MCSA or TCSP
• TS/SCI Security Clearance Level
• US Citizenship Required

• Performs all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction
• Provide planning, design, development, engineering, integration, and technical and operational support to the ADCNOMS project.
