This role involves handling inbound calls related to NPWT (Negative Pressure Wound Therapy) orders, service requests, and product inquiries. The NCC Specialist will document customer interactions, update account information, provide product information, and route inquiries to appropriate departments. The role supports a 24/7 operational environment and may require overtime.
