As our National Business Development Manager, you’ll lead from the front—driving strategic growth initiatives, expanding Nextech’s national footprint, and cultivating high‑value partnerships that fuel long‑term success. This role involves identifying and developing new corporate and national business opportunities, building and executing a growth strategy focused on financial performance and customer satisfaction, and researching industry trends to uncover emerging opportunities. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders, arrange and lead high-impact business meetings, and evaluate new market opportunities, customer needs, and potential equity investments. The position requires analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, financials, risks, and growth potential for new ventures, as well as developing negotiation strategies and leading contract development, negotiations, and execution. Internal coordination to align new business initiatives with company strategy and operations is also key. You will provide trusted feedback, post-sale support, and relationship management, maintain accurate records of sales activity, revenue, forecasts, and performance metrics, and mentor and develop entry-level and mid-level sales professionals. Representing Nextech with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality is paramount, and you will continuously seek opportunities to add value and elevate the impact of the role.
