The National Business Development Manager Skilled Trades is responsible for driving outside sales growth across the United States by identifying, developing, and closing new accounts with a primary focus on skilled trades and technical labor solutions. This role partners closely with branch, on-site, and operational teams to deliver customized workforce solutions that support customer productivity, safety, and long-term success. The position requires frequent face-to-face interaction with prospects, internal stakeholders, and customer facilities nationwide.
