About The Position

BELFOR Franchise Group (BFG) is a global leader in residential and commercial services, supporting a network of premier franchise brands. We are seeking a results-driven National & Regional Accounts Sales Representative to expand our national accounts program by growing existing strategic partnerships and developing new corporate relationships across the United States. In this role, you will represent multiple BELFOR Franchise Group brands to drive commercial growth through national and regional account development. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a proven track record in business development, consultative selling, and account management. The position will be based out of the Ann Arbor, MI corporate headquarters.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of successful outside sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, cold calling, and developing new business.
  • Proven ability to close sales and consistently achieve revenue goals.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience working within a franchise system is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow national and regional commercial accounts
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building.
  • Manage and expand existing national account relationships to increase revenue and customer retention.
  • Present customized service solutions and proposals to prospective and existing clients.
  • Achieve or exceed established sales goals and key performance metrics.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, pricing strategies, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent BELFOR Franchise Group at industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and association meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and franchise owners to ensure successful account implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.
