In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of data, sales, and execution, serving as a critical analytical partner to the National Accounts Sales Team. You'll own Walmart VMI pricing, track national account programming, and deliver insights that directly impact how Carbliss shows up on shelf across major retail partners. You'll serve as the primary owner of Walmart VMI pricing, leveraging tools like 99 Bottles and VIP SRS to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. You'll be the go-to resource for national account reporting - delivering timely, reliable insights that help the sales team understand performance and make confident decisions. You'll analyze national and local syndicated data to evaluate sales, distribution, velocity, and execution, identifying opportunities for growth as well as potential risks across chain customers. You'll spearhead tracking for all national account-mandated programming and planogram placements, ensuring execution aligns with commitments made at the national level. Beyond reporting, you'll help tell the story behind the numbers, creating clear, compelling analyses and presentations that translate data into action for both internal teams and external partners. We're looking for someone who is hungry to learn, humble in their approach, and smart in how they prioritize and problem-solve. You're comfortable living in the details while still seeing the big picture, and you adapt quickly as priorities shift. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential, as this role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and beyond.

Requirements

  • At least three years of CPG analyst experience
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and naturally curious
  • Advanced skills in Excel and experience working with syndicated data tools like IRI, VIP SRS, and 99 Bottles.
  • Confident creating fact-based insights and presentations that influence decision-making
  • Comfortable traveling up to 15% as needed.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential, as this role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and beyond.
