About The Position

We’re currently looking for a National Accounts Clerk to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. This dynamic role supports the National Accounts team in processing accounts and other various tasks.

Requirements

• Proficient computer skills including strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Customer service/communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Must have confidential and ethical conduct
• Ability to regularly lift, push, or move 10 pounds; occasionally lift, push, or move 25 pounds
• Ability to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines

Responsibilities

• Sorting, matching & approving
• Processing National and Government accounts to meet deadlines
• Manual entry
• Corrections
• Problem solving
• Performing any other office duties as requested by supervisor
