As a National Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. You will manage and grow a diverse portfolio of high-volume, national accounts, working with customers across the USA and Canada. Your role will include a mix of relationship-building, sales strategy, and operational oversight to ensure the best possible service and results for our clients. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: Full Accountability: Own your assigned book of business and drive its success through excellent customer service and proactive relationship management. Revenue Growth: Leverage your skills to drive revenue through new customer relationships and expanding opportunities within your existing accounts. Customer Experience: Be the go-to resource for your clients, ensuring a seamless logistics experience and managing day-to-day operational needs. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our corporate sales team to create and execute strategies that generate business, whether through new prospects or deepening relationships with existing clients. Multi-Tasking Mastery: Handle everything from dispatching company drivers, brokering freight, soliciting new customers, managing carrier relationships, and growing our carrier network. Strategic Input: Create customer quotes, develop marketing materials, and contribute to pricing strategies that align with our long-term business goals.
