Culligan Quench's purpose is to impact people's lives and improve the earth by helping to eliminate the 500 million plastic bottles consumed each year. We play a front-line role in the battle against single-use plastic water bottles by delivering on-demand filtered water solutions to more than 200,000 healthy and environmentally conscious customers across North America. Our bottle-free water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers and coffee brewers purify the existing water supply, providing an endless supply of clean water and water-based beverages for a fixed monthly fee, typically under a long term bundled service and rental subscription agreement. For more information visit About the Role: Reporting to the Senior Sales Leader, the National Account Manager will play a critical role in driving our continued national expansion. This position will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with large national and multi - location B2B clients across Canada. We are seeking a high performing, results driven sales professional who excels in fast-paced environment and brings a strategic, consultative approach to complex account management. The National Account Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing national accounts, and delivering customized solutions that support long-term customer partnerships. You will represent Culligan Quench Canada through in-person meetings, strategic calls, and targeted B2B outreach ensuring exceptional service, sustained growth, and customer retention. The role is posted for Ontario, but we are open to candidates from other Provinces.

Requirements

  • Proven success in national or major account new business development sales (required)
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections and close complex deals
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a consultative, enthusiastic approach, strong listening ability, and disciplined follow-up to drive results.
  • Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, and adaptable in a dynamic, evolving environment
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a competitive landscape
  • Strong team player with a high degree of integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
  • Willingness and ability to travel to support high-visibility national accounts

  • Final candidate must successfully complete a criminal background check

Responsibilities

  • Drive national revenue growth by generating new business and expanding existing national and enterprise-level B2B accounts through face-to-face meetings, calls, and targeted email outreach
  • Identify customer needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through contract execution and coordination of client onboarding
  • Serve as the primary account lead throughout the customer lifecycle, including contract renewals, add-on services, and new location expansion, partnering closely with the Customer Care team as required
  • Proactively prospect and build a pipeline of new national account opportunities
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders at target organizations
  • Effectively sell solutions and services to large accounts by demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and company offerings
  • Meet or exceed new business sales goals through consistent daily and weekly sales activity
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare sales reports, manage CRM data, and submit expense reports in a timely manner
