This role involves selling digital marketing and SaaS solutions to small business owners, making a high volume of outbound cold calls daily, and progressing to running a full sales cycle by month two. We are looking for competitive, coachable, and consistent individuals who are comfortable with high-volume cold calling and desire a long-term career in sales. Recent graduates with a strong work ethic and competitiveness are welcome, as are experienced reps seeking uncapped commission and growth opportunities.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• 70 to 80 outbound cold calls per day
• Sell digital marketing and SaaS solutions to small business owners
• Set appointments for senior reps during your first weeks
• Run your own full sales cycle (prospect to close) by month 2
• Handle objections, create urgency, build pipeline daily
• Participate in daily huddles, call reviews, and ongoing coaching
