The primary responsibility of the National Account Client Service Associate is to partner with National Account and Platform Development Teams to perform critical support to business, operational and servicing of key intermediary home office clients and prospects. The ability to develop relationships and follow processes with business partners across Investment Management, Portfolio Construction, Legal and Compliance, Client Operations, Global Product Management / RFP, Business Reporting, Sales and others is paramount, along with an understanding of the business and our clients. This role reports to Senior Analyst Relations Manager. This hybrid position will be based out of our New York City, NY office. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
