Requirements

  • Demonstrated analytical, interpersonal, relationship management and written and verbal skills.

  • Proficiency with investment-oriented databases and analytical software such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Barra, Morningstar, Lipper, Zephyr, etc.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, Copilot, and Salesforce
  • 2-4 years financial industry experience
  • Understanding of the financial services (distribution) industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Responsibilities

  • Support National Account Sales, Relationship Management, Platform Development teams and other internal business partners by assisting in the implementation of various projects and task forces related to client service and business development service needs, performing operational responsibilities and providing support and service to key Intermediary Home Office clients and prospects.
  • Support the implementation of new product launches or product changes for intermediary home offices working with the National Accounts team, including coordination of client communications and the addition of new funds and funds changes for large clearing firms that impact multiple business lines.
  • Provide support information for due diligence reviews and intermediary oversight of intermediary home office clients, in conjunction with Legal and Compliance as well as Client Operations.
  • Assist in the completion and tracking of DDQ, Operational Due Diligence and other client questionnaires to the appropriate database or business partners for completion; track deadlines to ensure timely delivery and review for completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate and implement compliance and legal mailings to intermediary client base
  • Track ACI product availability on client platforms via the appropriate tool (P&PA); update What We Offer documents for key client relationships.
  • Submit Red Oak compliance reviews of content, including presentations and What We Offer documents, as required by the marketing compliance policy.
  • Work with compliance and sales to implement changes as necessary.
  • Provide additional support for ad hoc client service needs and requests – e.g. presentation creation support, miscellaneous client service requests, etc.
  • Track and maintain a repository of standard client content requests, including commentary and data; coordinate with appropriate business partners to complete and deliver client requests, including automation where possible.
  • Assist in the coordination and preparation for client conferences and events in partnership with the Global Administration Team
  • Support team’s efforts to win and maintain placements within the model portfolios and recommended lists controlled by the home office professional buyers of our largest Intermediary distribution partners
  • Provide preparation support for Research Due Diligence meetings/calls
