About The Position

As a Narrative Intelligence Associate at GUDEA, you will sit at the intersection of intelligence production and client insights. You'll work closely with our analysts and platform tools to pull signals, learn how narratives take shape, and help turn raw data into the clear, client-ready reports our team is known for. This is a hands-on, high-learning role: you'll develop platform fluency, sharpen your analytical instincts, and start to build a point of view on the narratives you're tracking, all while working alongside more senior team members who will mentor you along the way. Your work will directly support the client experience team and contribute to how some of the world's largest organizations make sense of the digital information landscape.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience (including internships) in consulting, public relations, research, intelligence analysis, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Interest in producing reports or briefings for senior audiences
• Developing an understanding of corporate communications and organizational dynamics
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without sacrificing quality
• A curious, detail-oriented approach with a bias toward learning quickly
• Familiarity with social media platforms and the broader media landscape is a plus
• A detail-oriented thinker who's eager to sharpen their analytical edge
• A clear writer who can organize information logically and communicate it simply
• Proactive and intellectually curious, you want to understand not just what is happening, but why and what it means
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and a fast-moving environment
• A fast learner who enjoys getting hands-on with new tools and finding better ways to work

Responsibilities

• Support the production of GUDEA's flagship intelligence reports, helping ensure findings are accurate, well-organized, and clearly presented
• Build fluency in GUDEA's dashboard as an active platform user, learning its full range of capabilities under the guidance of senior analysts
• Help synthesize platform data into clear, digestible summaries, adding a human touch to AI-generated reports
• Assist in translating findings into straightforward takeaways that internal teams and client-facing colleagues can use
• Collaborate with GUDEA's research, product, and client teams to support timely and relevant intelligence outputs
• Contribute to broader team efforts and take on new challenges as GUDEA continues to scale
