Temporary Part Time Nanny
About The Position
A lovely family near the Dublin area is seeking a part-time summer nanny for their two children, ages 7 and 9, starting Monday, June 8th through Friday, August 7th. Care is needed Monday-Friday for 4-hour shifts, ideally 10am-2pm, though the family is flexible with start times between 8:30am and 12:30pm. Their 7-year-old enjoys art, running at the park, and reenacting movies. He has ADHD and autism and thrives with structure and routine. Their 9-year-old loves digital art, drawing, reading books, and trips to the park. Parents work from home and one of them will be present during care hours. There is also a small friendly dog in the home. The ideal candidate is patient, engaging, and experienced working with neurodivergent children.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of paid professional childcare experience
- CPR certified, or willing to become certified
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to provide 2 childcare-related references from a professional setting
- Able to successfully clear a background and social media screening
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record & valid auto insurance
- Must have a reliable vehicle to transport the children (booster seats will be provided)
- Comfortable with small dogs

Responsibilities
- Driving children to local outings (park, library; max 15-minute commute)
- Preparing light lunches and snacks
