Pittsburgh, PA | Franklin Park Start Date: ASAP, but flexible for the perfect fit Hours: 2-3 weekdays depending on preference, schedule with hours approximately between 8 am - 5 pm; 18 hours guaranteed weekly; schedule set 3–4 weeks in advance with flexibility for the right fit Hourly Rate: $28-38 Children: 3-year-old boy and 6-month-old girl Pets: 2 Cats PTO: 2 weeks of paid family’s choice PTO, 1 week of paid nanny’s choice PTO, 2–3 major holidays, and an additional five weeks of unpaid time of family's choice
Requirements
- Previous nanny experience for a minimum of 2 years.
- Driver's license.
- Vehicle.
- Clean driving record.
- Proactive with a side of common sense.
- Calm, patient, and genuinely enjoy being around young children.
- Ability to engage, guide, and connect with children.
- Organized and dependable.
- Ability to toggle between childcare and household support seamlessly.
- Values being part of something long-term.
- Comfortable swimming.
- Doesn't mind helping out with two very low-maintenance cats.

Responsibilities
- Care for a 3-year-old boy and a 6-month-old girl.
- Engage children in outdoor activities and follow their curiosity.
- Create a calm, connected, and structured rhythm for the children.
- Provide household support including children's laundry, family laundry, bottles, tidying, and light meal prep.
- Anticipate needs and bring structure where helpful.
- Maintain a sense of ease in the home.
- Supervise children while Dad works from home, with full autonomy in childcare.
- Assist with children's laundry, family laundry, bottles, tidying, and light meal prep.
- Pivot and take initiative when parents are involved with the children.
- Grow with the family long-term (5+ years).
