About The Position

A warm, easy-going family in West Seattle is seeking a loving, flexible nanny for their baby girl, born in early September. The position begins as a Mother’s Helper working alongside the mother, then transitions to the baby’s main caregiver when the mother returns to work in March. The schedule is 3–5 mornings per week, up to 6 hours per day, with 20–30 guaranteed hours per week. The role is a 9-month contract before the baby begins daycare. The job starts December 1, with an option for the right candidate to start earlier as a Family Assistant for up to 20 hours per week. The home is in the walkable North Admiral neighborhood of West Seattle. Compensation is $40 per hour.
