About The Position

We are a loving, active family in Minnetonka looking for an experienced, reliable, and compassionate full-time nanny to join our team! We have three wonderful children: 6.5-year-old son, 4.5-year-old daughter, and 1.5-year-old son (Dairy allergy). Our oldest son is a special needs child who requires a caregiver who understands how to approach, support, and connect with unique learners. While we are more than happy to provide specific training, a foundational understanding and comfort level with special needs care is essential. In this role, you will help guide our morning routine, getting our oldest ready and onto the school bus, while caring for our younger two children at home during the day. Your afternoon will involve welcoming our oldest son home, managing after-school routines, and handling light household support to keep our home running smoothly.
