About The Position
A family in Philadelphia, PA 19115 is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nanny for their infant. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 10 am - 4pm (approximately 30 hours per week), with occasional flexibility for extended days or evening support. The home is smoke-free and pet-free.
Requirements
- Experience caring for infants (professional or extensive personal experience)
- Infant first aid / CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Background in early childhood education and/or development
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care for one infant, including feeding, diapering, and naps
- Engage in age-appropriate developmental play
- Take child on walks and occasional outings
- Light housekeeping, including simple meal prep support, baby laundry, restocking supplies, and maintaining clean/organized baby spaces
- Communicate with parents regarding daily routine and well-being (via Huckleberry app)
