About The Position

We’re looking for a dependable, warmhearted nanny to become an important part of our family’s daily life. Our daughter is 4, and our son is 7 and has Level 3 autism (very loving and non-violent). He is nonverbal. We want someone who will get to know each child as an individual, celebrate their progress, and help them feel safe, loved, and understood.

Nice To Haves

• Experience caring for autistic children is strongly preferred.
• Experience teaching young children English and math is also a plus.
• Willingness to learn our children’s routines and work closely with us.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, hands-on care for both children and put their safety first.
• Create a calm, loving environment with consistent routines and engaging activities.
• Learn how our son communicates and support his needs with patience and respect.
• Help both children build age-appropriate English and math skills through conversation, reading, play, and everyday activities.
• Keep us informed about the children’s day, their progress, and anything they need.
