About The Position
A warm and loving family in Oak Park is seeking an engaging, reliable nanny to care for their two children (ages 5 and 3). This is a flexible PT–FT role with a guaranteed 36 hours per week, and the family is happy to offer additional hours for the right fit. The role involves school pick-up and drop-off, planning engaging activities and outings, coordinating playdates, transporting children to activities, supporting daily routines, and creating a fun, active, and nurturing environment.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- CPR certified
- Up-to-date on Tdap and flu vaccines
Nice To Haves
- Early childhood education background
- Spanish-speaking
- Comfortable taking children to the pool
Responsibilities
- Children’s laundry
- Tidying and maintaining children’s spaces
- Cleaning up after meals and children’s activities
- Preparing meals/snacks for the children
