About The Position

A dynamic Bucktown family is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive nanny manager to support their school-aged children, with primary care for the two younger children, while also assisting with household management. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys balancing childcare with keeping a busy home running efficiently.

Requirements

• Experienced nanny manager or strong nanny with household management experience
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable with parents who WFH 1-2 days per week
• Comfortable managing a busy household with multiple schedules
• Safe driver with a clean driving record
• Self-starter who can take ownership of both childcare and home support
• Strong communicator who works well as part of a team
• Up to date on flu vaccine requirement

Responsibilities

• School pick-ups and transportation to/from activities
• Manage and coordinate children’s schedules and transitions
• Prepare snacks and occasional meals for the children
• Grocery shopping and running household errands
• Organizing and maintaining tidy, functional household spaces
• Light housekeeping- load/unload dishwasher, tidy kitchen, kids' spaces.
• Children's laundry
• Ensuring children are prepared for activities, sports, and school needs
• Anticipate family needs and proactively support daily operations
