About The Position

A warm family in Tarzana, California is seeking an experienced, full-time live-out nanny to provide dedicated care for their 3-week-old newborn. The ideal candidate will have extensive infant care experience, be flexible as the baby's routine evolves, and work collaboratively with hands-on parents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional nanny experience, including significant newborn and infant care.
• Strong knowledge of infant development, sleep routines, and newborn best practices.
• Flexible and adaptable as the family's needs evolve.
• Warm, nurturing, patient, and highly dependable.
• Professional, discreet, and respectful of the family's privacy.
• Excellent professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for one newborn.
• Establish and maintain age-appropriate feeding, sleeping, and daily routines.
• Support the child's developmental milestones through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Assist with bottle preparation, feeding, diapering, bathing, and soothing.
• Monitor the baby's health, safety, and overall well-being.
• Collaborate closely with both parents
• Accompany the family on occasional travel as needed.
• Maintain open communication with the parents regarding the child's progress and daily activities.
