About The Position
A family in Sharon, MA 02067 is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nanny for their two children, ages 18 months and 6 years old. This is a part-time position with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM, totaling 10 hours per week. The family requires a minimum one-year commitment with the hope of a long-term position for the right caregiver. They value open communication and building a long-term relationship with their caregiver. The home is a smoke-free and pet-free environment.
Requirements
- Previous childcare experience required
- First Aid/CPR certifications
- Must be able to reliably commute
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle suitable for transporting children
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities
- Provide school/daycare pickups and safe transportation home or to local activities
- Plan and supervise age-appropriate activities, including parks, playgrounds, playdates, arts & crafts, and educational activities
- Prepare light snacks and assist with children's meals as needed
- Engage children in fun, enriching activities and provide attentive supervision
- Support daily routines and transitions after school/daycare
