About The Position

A private Dallas family is seeking a highly professional, trauma-informed nanny to support a structured and sensitive custody reunification process. This role requires a calm, steady presence with strong emotional awareness, discretion, and the ability to operate within a clearly defined, documentation-focused environment. The ideal candidate will bring maturity, sound judgment, and experience working in complex family dynamics while maintaining neutrality and consistency for the children. The role also requires comfort entering into a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to any interview process or family introduction. This is a coming soon position. Candidates will be pre-screened and matched with the family as soon as the position officially opens. Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of professional nanny or childcare experience
Experience in high-conflict custody or transitional family situations strongly preferred
Trauma-informed training or equivalent hands-on experience
Strong emotional regulation and ability to remain neutral in sensitive situations
Comfortable maintaining structured written logs and documentation
Comfortable entering into a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to proceeding with the interview process or any family introduction

Nice To Haves

Background in psychology, social work, child development, or a related field is a plus
